Termomacchine Partnership Announcement

Kent Corporation adds high-frequency induction welders to product lines with Termomacchine partnership

NORTH ROYALTON, OH (March 3, 2020) — Kent Corporation, a leading manufacturer of coil strip processing equipment, announced today a partnership with Termomacchine, an induction heating equipment manufacturer based in Rivalta di Torino, Italy.

With this agreement, Kent Corporation is the exclusive distributor of Termomacchine high-frequency induction welders in United States and Canada.

“This partnership is a natural fit for us,” said Kent Corporation President David Tsai. “Termomacchine manufactures quality, reliable equipment, and their continuing push for innovation aligns with ours.”

Tsai said the partnership will add convenience and versatility for Kent Corporation tube and pipe customers.

“By adding induction welders to our product offerings, we’re removing a known bottleneck for our customers and adding strength to their production lines,” said Tsai. “Now, Kent Corporation is truly a one-stop shop for all of your tube and pipe mill needs — from entry systems to packaging systems and everything in-between.”

Designed for efficient energy consumption, Termomacchine high-frequency induction welders offer substantial power savings. The welders power up to 800kW in the same cabinet and offer optimum welding flexibility.

In addition to its own patented products, Kent Corporation maintains similar distribution agreements with other global metal processing equipment manufacturers to sell tube mill filtration systems, packaging lines, anti-rust lubrication systems, and more.

“Through these partnerships, we offer the world-class machinery our customers need, while also providing the regional service their production demands,” said Tsai. “We strive to go above and beyond to deliver fast, responsive service and maintenance to keep their lines up and running.”
